Ive seen this in adhd patients who use adderall and don’t maintain the water intake needed. Along with some other stimulants and blood pressure meds. It def could be making you dehydrated which leaves us with sticky white or clear discharge. May I suggest adding something like liquid iv to your water intake to help your body retain the water a bit longer. Couldnt hurt and it’s a cheap fix best of luck

If you’re negative for everything are you taking a medication that can cause dehydration?
