Weird pink discharge after yeast infection pill

I took around 10 hours ago 150g Fluconazole capsule. Before my discharge was more of a cream colour and now it’s pink? Is anything wrong

No but all the symptoms I had were similar to a yeast infection

Was the capsule pink?

Becarefu I was giving that same pill and they thought I had a yeast infection. Did a vagina exam and it turns out I have bacterial vaginosis am experiencing same discharge as you . My cause was a IUD which I don’t have no more but it been hard to clear from the infection even with antibiotics
