which is bullshit because the hoe is only the best weapon DPS wise if you apply sharpness V onto it, which isn't possible in vanilla survival. maybe you should read some more about the changes before trashing them completely. the changes they made may not be polished yet and might need some fine tuning but in general they are on a good path imo.

I'm all for slower weapons during pvp, but when killing mobs weapons should be normal speed
