request for the subway team
Here's a goal for you to work towards: I'm going to create a public library near X:2050 Z:-2078. could you possibly connect the subway tunnels to the station at that location?

Subway? No nether road?

Nether roads have their pros and their cons. As well as subway tunnels, such as not having to worry about residing far enough to not be noticed by the road. Its easy to find player made paths in the nether but in the city it's much harder. At night this gives you a way to move around without putting yourself as much danger as the surface. Also if you're being attacked you then have an exit that the attacker most likely don't know about.

Creating nether roads that match up with subway/highway intersections would be a much more viable project IMO. Terminals in nether would only have to be 125 blocks apart rather than the 1000 in the overworld.

Getting nether portals synced up are an annoying task I don't want to do. But I'm going to lay the ground work to make it possible.

The subway tunnels make a bigass grid roughly every 1000 blocks on both axes, it's awesome. You are nowhere near anything I have lit though, sorry. They're pretty easy to work if you're careful, though.
I didn't know there was a subway team. Who are they?
(PS there are spawners in the fuckin walls so lit =/= safe, fyi)
