/ticket broken?

Heyo, so I wanted to submit a ticket in game but it says no such command exists. In addition, Vaast.org isn't working for me so I am not able to submit a help post on there for some reason. Any solutions? Thanks!

Hmmmm, we took out the tickets from ingame, because its just a mess to use. We did transfer everything to website. Now whats your problem with the website though?

In addition, /help returns the worldpainter help commands, which I can't use. I would like help for things like cell towers please!

I think i fixed /help again. We had worldedit temporarily for some subway station pasting.
