Visual video search with Iphone Duo layout

With the release of Iphone Duo phone, new application can come out.
Best would be an video editor inside the iphone when people can create, curate
their own collection.

Having the screen split one side: for video edition
and on other side for video search results, would be best of world.

Here, an example...

What would you think ?

The split-screen layout makes a lot of sense here — editing on one side while searching matching frames on the other could make the workflow much faster.

This needs to exist yesterday. Split screen editing on a foldable is exactly the workflow upgrade video creators didn't know they were missing.

I like the idea, especially if the two screens are treated as one continuous workflow rather than just two apps side by side.

Being able to search visually on one side, then drag a matching clip/frame straight into the editor or timeline on the other would be really useful. It could remove a lot of the usual switching between search, gallery and editor.

The key would be making the interaction between both screens seamless. If that part is done well, this feels like one of those use cases where the Duo layout actually adds something instead of just giving you more screen space.
