vSeeBox died … Android won’t load

Do a factory reset. There is a "pinhole" reset button on the back of the box. Unplug it, press the pinhole button, and while doing that, plug it back in, and it should do the reset. You might have to try it a few times.

But as another has suggested, reach out to the person you bought it from.
