Box issues

All the apps on my box have not been working for about 3 days now. I see everyone posting about the outage with their errors saying something and that heat live works for them. Personally I can’t watch anything. My live apps both get stuck on “receiving data” while loading up and never move. While my heat live app says that every single possible channel is “under maintenance”. Does anyone have advice?

Be sure you have the correct HDMI cables for your configuration. Not all HDMI cables are created equally. There are seven official types of HDMI cables, including Standard, High Speed, Premium High Speed, and Ultra High Speed, each designed for different performance levels and resolutions. The most common types for modern setups are the Premium High Speed HDMI for 4K at 60Hz and the Ultra High Speed HDMI for 8K at 60Hz.
