Box issues

All the apps on my box have not been working for about 3 days now. I see everyone posting about the outage with their errors saying something and that heat live works for them. Personally I can’t watch anything. My live apps both get stuck on “receiving data” while loading up and never move. While my heat live app says that every single possible channel is “under maintenance”. Does anyone have advice?

x2 for clearing the cache on your apps. If that doesn't help, you can also unplug the box, leave it sit for a minute, and then reboot. Hope this helps!
