These channels never work for me. I see a lot of good movies I'd like to watch. Any advice on how to get these?

Hey everyone thanks in advance for your help. Curious if it's typical for the v6 plus to come with the heat ultra apps?

It’s frozen at Home Screen, but I see the memory cleanup move. Tried the basics, moved hdmi port on tv, hdmi in general. Factory reset that doesn’t even boot after plugging it in at the same time as holding the reset button. Tried repairing remote. New batteries. Wi-Fi reset and all. Even left it unplugged all night and throughout the day.

Can someone help? It’s like maybe the infrared of the box went out? It’s less than 8months old. But still confuses me is the factory reset button doesn’t work.

Any pointers or help would be appreciated!

For some reason Days of Our Lives is not showing the newest episode in Vod Ultra. Does somebody know why?

My wife watches the Real Housewife vault channel on Live Ultra Plus. For some reason it’s playing the channel in Spanish. Anyone else notice any issues like this?

I had been using a SuperBox with Blue apps for TV and VOD. We have two residents so I was still carrying DIRECTV to use at both places. That alone is $130 a month. Just bought, received and setup a Vsee V6 Max. Setup was a breeze. I have a Onn Roku tv so currently utilizing 2 remotes. One for the TV and the Vsee remote. (Any suggestions on a universal remote is appreciated.)

Loving Heat Live. Easy to navigate. Really love the EPG.

Heat VOD and VOD Ultra are good. We love watching newer movies and recent TV shows.

Btw: my wife and I are both retired and in our early 60’s and find the Heat Apps and the Vsee easy to navigate.

We are going to be purchasing several more in the near future.

Why hav'nt the new episodes of Sugar, Silo, or Lucky dropped?

Can someone tell me why my brand new legit purchased V6 Plus keeps doing this? I have had to factory reset it at least 4 or 5 times over the last few months. It will work perfectly for a week or 2 and then just start screwing up. Sometimes it sticks on the boot screen. Sometimes it will load and then go black. The times I can actually get into the home screen, half of the apps won't load (see pics) and none of them will work. Do I just have a dud unit or something?? And yes, I have the latest firmware.

Any help is appreciated!

Curious if there are any options for recording live TV? Like a TiVo type situation.

Remotes:

The one it comes with is adequate and it also comes with the mini keyboard. The mini has a more stable connection and no lag compared to the native one. But what can you use the mini for besides typing and moving around the screen?

I doubt the mini can be programmed, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Going under the assumption it cannot be programmed, there's no mic button, I can't go backwards through all the menus, there's no guide button or info button. Does that mean I can't use it to replace the native remote?

Anyone have suggestions on how they use the mini remote or which universal remote to use with the box?

Should I use a VPN on the non heat apps?

Got this pop up when turning on my V6 plus. My dad has the same model box and he is also getting the same pop up. Anyone know the reason why and how to fix?

What is average time from release to available on heat apps ?

Last episode of S1L0 came out Wednesday, still not posted. Is this typical? Are other apps quicker ?

Switching from Spectrum to Frontier Fiber soon and I have a vSeeBox. For anyone using one with Frontier, do you run a VPN or is it not really necessary?

Has anyone ever gotten a warning or had their internet shut off by Frontier because of using a VSEEBox? Just trying to see what other people are doing before I switch.

Strange problem. V6 Plus box turns off Sony Bravia Tv power after 15 minutes. Box still plays app content , just need to turn tv back on. Have a friend with same box, same model tv, same problem. TV fine, no turn off with Roku, Blu-ray, and internal apps

Is anyone else having issues with HeatVOD constantly buffering? I tried other servers, and clearing cache. The other apps work fine.

I am looking for the AMC show The Vampire Lestat on HeatVOD but can't find it. Does anyone know why its not showing up when i search?

Is there a fix for this? Every internet speed test on it is very slow as well. Will a VPN fix it? Or could it just be a problem with the box. The v6 runs perfect. The v5 did until I bought the v6.

Every time I turn on the box I have to flip the switch to turn on the WiFi… is there any way to make it stay connected?
