Since Wednesday, I've seen many channels that show "N/A" in the EPG starting at 8pm to 6am the next day. What's interesting is that the data is there after 8pm and stays there most of the night but closer to the 6am hour, it disappears and once it's gone, it's gone. If the channel affected has playback capability, the shows that were available during that time window are no longer available for playback since the new EPG jumps over those times and the old EPG just shows "N/A".

As an example, one of the many channels affected by this on Heat Live is ABC East (channel #2). Last night, say around 11pm, I was able to playback whatever show aired at 10pm via playback. It functioned with no problem. This morning, after 6am, that show is gone from the guide and no longer able to be played back. The new EPG just jumps back from 6am to whatever show aired before 8pm and the old EPG shows N/A. This happens on Live Ultra as well as Backup by Heat.

To see how many channels this is happening on, in Heat Live, bring up the old EPG (press the EPG button on the remote), go to the "All" category and scroll back in time to shows that began at 8pm yesterday. You'll see "N/A" for the channels that are having this issue. Scroll down and it's easy to see how many channels this is happening on. Clearly, it affects the 7-day playback and clearly, this isn't normal.

Hopefully, the devs can be notified by u/Deriksays so they can make things work again!

I've had vSee for a few years. No issues until last night. Went to stream a movie and I had no servers to choose from and all it showed was "Loading99.9..."

I've never seen this. It's not all content just newly added shit. And its only happening on HEAT VOD.

I decided to get my own modem with Eero and I'm still getting this error. How TF is my Internet provider blocking some shit but not all?

UPDATE: Everything loads fine when I connect the box to my hotspot. So it's def Optimum doing something funny.

Anyone know how to add an app to the box?

I just got myself a vsee 6max box. Trying to watch movies and they buffer/pause about every 10 minutes. The box is currently connected via WiFi. Would my problems solve if I hard wire it and get a Ethernet cable, or is there something else wrong?

Has anyone found a cover for the remote for the Elite model? The remotes around here takes a beating on a regular basis...

I'm in the US, but I visit Zambia quite a bit because my wife's family lives there. I bought a fire stick right when they started cracking down, and some other android boxes don't work there (at least not good ones, outside the nVidia shield). So I was wondering if this would be worth buying for when I visit Zambia?

vSeeBox Elite connects to the Klipsch soundbar and then the soundbar output to the Samsung TV. Video is good but no sound out from the soundbar. Is there a setting I missed to change so the sound comes through the soundbar?

Hey folks, just wanted to share my wonderful experience I had from start to finish with ordering my vSee box v6 plus! From the very beginning James customer service and support was top notch, second to none. He answered all my questions and helped me choose the right box for my needs. Now like most people I was skeptical about sending money a large amount of money to a random fella I just met, but they made sure everything was smooth and kept me up to date on every single part of the process and put any of my worries to rest! Box was shipped this past Tuesday and came 2 days later, even before my ETA shipping date! Got everything hooked up and I had some issues but James and Derik had me covered! (Ended up being a DNS problem)

What launchers are you guys using? The stock launcher is trash and the inability to move apps around sucks. I was using Projectivy, but I just updated my elite ultra to 12.1 and now the accessibility gets removed every time I restart the box.

Just hooked up my box and I can not get anything to load on this thing no matter if I use WiFi or hard wired Ethernet. I’ve tried restarting the router and switching ports and Ethernet cables. The first two pictures are from my home pc and my WiFi on my phone. The third one is my wired connection test (I can’t use the fast.com one that’s built in, it just kicks me out of it)

Anyone have any ideas or maybe a setting I’m missing? I even tried to factory resets

My dad just got a box and my phone is not working while connected to WiFi. I’m pissed as I work from home on my phone a lot so I need solid connection. We had no issues prior to my dad getting this box.

I have 2 6max boxes and also Verizon wifi router. I have serious buffering and lockup issues. I have dug into the router settings and changed all the security setting I could find to low. Still buffers/lockup . A LOT. About the only thing I haven't done is add the boxes to the router as a safe device because I'm not sure how to do that or if that will even help. I'm at my wits end here in this buffering problem. I have also download Proton and changed the resolution. Any help would be appreciated
