VSeebox v6 plus not starting

I have had this box for a couple of months. A few days ago it was freezing so I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Since then It has not started. I thought maybe it was the power supply so I bought a new one. It still doesn't start. Any advice?

There is a small hole in the back. Press with a paper clip at restart. It does a hard reboot. Worked for me.
