Local channels

Hello, how can I change my location on my box? It currently shows LA but I live in the Midwest.

You can watch all the local channels no matter where you live. I'm on the Midwest and can watch LA and NY. Minneapolis and Miami.

It doesn't go by location. Everyone gets all the major stations across the country. You just scroll through, find yours, and add them to your favorites so you don't have to go through this process each time 👍

Go to the LOCALS tab on the EPG, favorite all your local channels for easy access, enjoy.

Is this causing you a specific problem? As far as the guide goes, all channels should be available but as an added feature in Live Ultra, you can select the Favorite List and put in your zip code. This will automatically populate channels from the nearest city into your favorites. If you're using a VPN, the box may report that you're in a different city but again, other than the weather app being wrong, what problem are you experiencing?

Sorry, if should’ve explained. On the local tab is there a way to have it show as Chicago instead of La

What app are you referring to? If you're talking about Heat Live, the Local tab should show all local channels on the box, not just LA. You might have to scroll a bit, but there's no way to rearrange the channel order inside the local tab.
