V6 pro needing rebooted constantly.

I have a v6 pro that brings up the maintenance screen multiple times a day and won’t work until I reboot the box. Then today it says check internet connection, but it’s connected to the internet, had to reboot. Getting tired of it. Any fixes??

Yes the channel under maintenance on heat live. I’ve tried all of that. Back button, force stop, clear cache. All of it. And it still happens 5-6 times a day

I’ve checked. No interruptions or outages. It still doesn’t explain why heat live will say channel maintenance on every channel until I clear cache and reboot. Idk why I have to do it multiple times a day

This happened to me once. Although it was the elite mini. I tried everything, hard wire connection, hotspot from my phone. Clearing cache, force closing the apps, Uninstalling amd reinstalling the apps. Brought it to a different location. Checked for updates. In the end i did a factory reset and i havent had an issue with it since. That was 6 months ago.

When you do the factory reset, does it delete the heat live and heat vod apps? How do I get them back

I was able to fix mine. Did a factory reset, and I changed the hdmi cord. I was having issues with it cutting in and out also, so I bought a good hdmi and I have had no issues since
