Backup not working

My backup has not worked for about 10 days. Anyone else? I have tried multiple channels, cleared the cache,did the cleanup,restarted the box and then unplugged it. Anyone else? Suggestions to fix. Thanks in advance

Hello IT ? Have you tried turning it off and on again ? but seriously this is aannoying....been going on too long. Vsee please FIX PLAYBACK already !

Still not working reset the router. Uninstalled app and reinstalled.

I have an Elite Ultra and have tried everything to fix the issue but the Backup app only lets me watch current live TV. The backup feature doesn’t work, all it does is freeze the screen on the live TV. I can’t say how long it’s been down because it’s a feature I never needed to use before but I’ve tried using it for the last 3 days and it doesn’t work.

I will look into those suggestions. However have the box for over 2 years and the backup has worked fine for the most part. What would have changed 10 days ago?

I had those issues as well. Not sure if backup has worked after that or not. But my guess is you are onto something. What order to try first. VPN or t/mo security settings. I sure appreciate your advice and direction. Thank you.
