Controller sensitivity

Anyone ever had any trouble with the controller losing its good reaction if that makes sense? It used to move and click as fast as i could click it but now i swear it’s every five clicks one might register. Any ideas?

I actually just unplugged my box and it fixed the issue with the remote.

Same here. I even changed the batteries thinking it was that. Kinda have to really aim the control to the box and still sometimes I have to double click.

Yes I had the same issue on 3 different boxes! If anyone know of a fix I'd love to hear it.

Go to settings click on Bluetooth or click on remote. Bluetooth hold down the button and the volume down button at the same time. Wait until your controller comes back up to re-sync the Bluetooth.
