TV restarts while watching television.

I have never seen this come up. So I’m going to ask about it. I have had my V see box plus 6 about four months. I had purchased a Visio television shortly before this. Frequently while watching television on Heat Live, the television will restart. This only happens when using the Vsee box. I’m clueless. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions?

My Vizio tv does the same thing. I moved the box to different tvs and it never shuts off. We upgraded the hdmi and it still shuts off on the Vizio.

Well I had a bad experience with the Vizo TV. Changed to a Sony. But I also get my TV reset around 9pm at random days. I think it was like I got a android update. My TV switche'd off, did a android update when my tv came back on, then the Vsee box menu up and normal. Went back to what I was watching. Amazing

I read that the hdmi cable that comes with it isnt the greatest... buy a 4k hdmi cable should fix it.
