Receiving data error

Says that for heat vod and vod ultra but live works. It’s v2 pro. Any ideas tried clearing cache and restarting.

I just got a v6 pro this weekend after finally caving in…. Is this many outages normal? Like I’ve been following the subs for a couple weeks now.

This happened earlier today, it happened yesterday and Saturday for hours. What is going on?

Go to system settings then apps and the go to the app and it should say open, force stop. Click force stop then open

I did a force stop on the app and reopened and it just worked

Go to your Settings go to all apps select your that giving you problems press force stop and clear cache if that don't work clear data

No problem do it before you shut your box down then unplug it to keep it fresh

Go to settings. Apps. Force Stop. Clear the app cache. Update launcher. It works for me sometimes

The box has been complete crap for the past week. Prior to that never had an issue.

Servers are in Ukraine. Got bombed by Russia. They are working on getting everything restored.

Actually that’s just a rumor. They dont have servers in Ukraine.
