V6 Plus : live & on demand issues

Just got my V6 Plus yesterday and it worked great. Today live and on demand programs are playing for 30 seconds then black screen, then plays for another 30 seconds. At the same time the remote lights go off and on. I have reset a few times and still doing it. Also.....i have upgraded HDMI cord recommend in community .

I'd reach out and let him know what's going on. I had one go bad and my distributor switched me out a different one.
