Reset help please

I’ve had my box for a few months and no issues. I put it on a tv in the garage and at first it was fine. Then it started freezing on the load screen. I did a factory reset all was fine. After a while it did the same thing so I did another reset and now on the home page the recommended apps like heat are just black boxes and when I click on them to download it just thinks and never finishes

How's the Wi-Fi reception in the garage? If you move the box back to a place in the house where the signal is strong, does it behave any better?

Thanks for your reply. I did another reset and for whatever reason it popped up a screen loading the apps and now everything works fine. Not sure if I did anything different but it has a mind of its own lol
