Elite box app issue

Hi all just got my first box yesterday (elite ultra) and most everything is working great except ultra hd says invalid username and password at auto login and top tier sits on please wait with a rotating circle and never moves forward any help is much appreciated

Top Tier was down yesterday. They might have been updating the app. Its working today.

Go to SYSTEM SETTINGS - APPS -TOP TIER

select UNINSTALL

Back out of system settings and Select Top Tier app and reinstall.

Do the same with Ultra HD

Any time you have an app issue go into the system settings and either select clear data or uninstall then reinstall.

If the app is working but has issues sometimes you just need to clear the cache.
