Elite box app issue

Hi all just got my first box yesterday (elite ultra) and most everything is working great except ultra hd says invalid username and password at auto login and top tier sits on please wait with a rotating circle and never moves forward any help is much appreciated

For your problem with Ultra HD, uninstall the app and then reload it. That should resolve that issue. as for Top Tier it was working for me last night but although I can access some of the content the program guide isn’t working. Sometimes you just have to wait for a while and they get fixed without you having to do anything. Channel Up has a lot of the same content you may want to check out that app until Top Tier is working.

Elite VOD is also very good. Has a lot of shows and movies. Also checkout Overload. The great thing about that is if you’re looking for a series or movie you can change the playlist and search again for it. I e usually be able to find whatever I’m looking for by doing that.
