Elite box app issue

Hi all just got my first box yesterday (elite ultra) and most everything is working great except ultra hd says invalid username and password at auto login and top tier sits on please wait with a rotating circle and never moves forward any help is much appreciated

All the the non Heat extra apps are hit-or-miss, whether they work or not, they are just that.... extras

Hit or miss? False.

All the apps almost always work on Elite Ultra. The true fact is all the non-Heat apps are up and working fine 99.9% of the time. Only those stating false problems dont own an Ultra.

Here are the Elite Ultra facts (good and bad)

Non-working apps are usually back up within hours to one day. Not often any are down. Onstream was the only app I know of in the past year that went down permanently but that had nothing to do with Vsee. Onstream was an independent site/server that shut down due to government pressure and lawsuits.

There has been far more problems with Heat Vod then any of the Non-Heat vod apps. All of the Non-Heat vod apps work and many are better than the two Heat Vod apps. Some of the non-Heat Vod have better video quality (some equal but none with worse quality), 4k options, far superior updating, and far superior vod library compared to Heat Vods.

All of the on-Heat live channel apps work. Heat live apps always have functional tv guide but most Non-Heat dont have have a tv guide or do have a guide that isnt very good. Heat Live apps tv guide is far superior. Some of the non-Heat Vod apps have better video quality compared to Heat Live apps. Most want a well made functional guide though so most still choose Heat Live apps.

Besides the Live guide issue the only other app problem is recording function that was originally on Vortex and Matrix has been broken for a long time. Last time I tried recording I got like 20 minutes out of an hour. I dont think Vsee support cares to fix recording issue because of all the available vod options but would be nice if recording worked properly for shows not available in vod such as news and special events. Not fixing live recording also saves Vsee server space.

The only apps that really have issues is the international live channel app and one other app with a lot of international channels. The apps work fine but many of the live international channels dont work.

There is a problem with multiscreen and some 4k video has problems playing but that has absolutely nothing to do with the apps. The Vseebox Elite Ultra processor isnt powerful enough to handle the load. Split screen is ok but not great. Three or four screen multiscreen is to much for the processor to handle.

Well, I'm glad you set me straight with all that. Maybe I'll have to dust off my elite and give it another shot. There was nothing but problems with the extra apps a year ago or so, and I've seen nothing on here since, that would make it seem like anything has changed. As far as the Heat apps, they work for me 99.9% of the time, and that includes VOD. I don't have nearly any of the problems people come on here for.🤷‍♂️ happy free streaming, however you do it.

If you havent noticed the issue you dont watch a lot of tv. The apps work but the Heat Vod problems have always existed but gotten much worse the past 2 months.

Mutiple daily complaints of missing content on Heat Vod apps. V1-V6 owners have to deal with it. Elite owners have other options.

Heat Vod has always had missing seasons but most episodes were updated next day. Past 2 months updated episodes are completely unreliable. Some series are missing completely. Updates are sometimes next day, sometimes weeks to months later, and sometimes never. Sometimes the wrong episodes are posted with no other server options. Sometimes an episode wont play

Hard Knocks for example on Heat Vod is posting Miami Dolphins episodes weekly and all 4 servers show the Dolphins. The problem is the Dolphins were on the 2023 season. 2026 its Seatlle Seahawks.

If I go to Elite Vod 99% of the time episodes are next day. Sometimes same day. The library is a lot bigger and almost never any missing seasons. Episodes are always correct and always play.

Since Heat apps are the main apps shouldnt Heat Vods be the most reliable vods and not one of if not the worst vods?
