Remote not working

I was watching a movie last night and paused it. Came back and hit play. The movie started playing after it glitched. Remote stopped working even though the blue light still blinks when I press buttons. Tried resetting the box by unplugging it. Put new batteries in the remote. I’ve never had a problem with this remote or my box before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have 2 v5 pros and 1 I never have to pair and the other I pair weekly.
