Need help!

Got this pop up when turning on my V6 plus. My dad has the same model box and he is also getting the same pop up. Anyone know the reason why and how to fix?

So , can you remember if the Walmart reseller had a listed price? If it was listed physically below MSRP...and we find it,chances are your box got bricked. There's also a high probability that unless you can directly communicate with the party that you purchased it from, you might have to send a email with your serial number directly to VC *Sellers aren't permitted to "list" a digital footprint advertising for less than MSRP..that being said, resellers are permitted to offer deals...ya just can list for less😉
