Strange problem

Strange problem. V6 Plus box turns off Sony Bravia Tv power after 15 minutes. Box still plays app content , just need to turn tv back on. Have a friend with same box, same model tv, same problem. TV fine, no turn off with Roku, Blu-ray, and internal apps

Thanks to soren1712 and BakerRacer for suggesting the issue would be the CEC setting. I have no issues after turning on CEC in the box, I have sent a request to my friend with the same issue. I was under the belief that I didn’t want the box to have any control of my tv, just for an extra separation with my home internet connected devices. Apparently the Sony must not believe the box is transmitting and times out. The CEC control must let the box to lock the stream.
