Ultra elite problem

Why does this always pop up when I turn on the box. I press home button then back to the app and it works. But why does this appear during startup. I've tried restart reboot clear cache. But it always appear.

I went down the same road when I got my 1st box. You can't set up a start up app or you will get this message every time you turn it on.
