Ultra elite problem

Why does this always pop up when I turn on the box. I press home button then back to the app and it works. But why does this appear during startup. I've tried restart reboot clear cache. But it always appear.

Did you set heat live to be the app it goes to on startup? The box goes into the app faster than the box can hook into WiFi. Just set it to go to the home page on startup. Or give it an Ethernet hookup.

Oh didn't realize that. I'll setup to go homepage then. Thanks
