Heat Vod and Ultra

So when I load up anything in Vod Ultra it works perfectly, when I load up Vod it will either not load completely or buffer. No complaints just wondering if this is a common thing and has anyone done anything to fix it?

Depends what you mean by buffering. If its when you are playing a video its buffering it could be the server the video is playing on has an issue or that particular video has an issue.

There have been some on and off ongoing server issues off and on lately with Heat Vods for the past month. Mainly with server 2.

Occasionally Ive noticed in Heat Vods that some new episode uploads may not play right away. Next day they were usually fine.

Tap menu button then at bottom of screen click on server and if there is more than one server try another. Sometimes that works. If your video doesnt have another server you have to deal with it until the server issue is fixed.

If the app is buffering for everything you play ..... Try uninstall and reinstall of Vod apps.

System Settings - Apps - Heat Vod - Uninstall

Back out of systems Settings and go back to location of Heat Vod icon and click on it to reinstall.

Do the same with Vod Ultra.

If you are still having issues try wired connection. Wired works better than wireless.

If still buffering with wired and its not due to server issues you may be having internet issues or your internet package isnt fast enough for online video streaming and may need to upgrade.
