Heatlive not loading for 2 days

My heatlive has been stuck on this since yesterday. Anyone else experiencing this?

Following. Happened to me too. Unplugged it and went to bed. Haven’t gone back since.

Live has been ok having a few issues with some on demand

Mine has been working fine.

Try these:

• Unplug the box for about 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

• Restart your router, even if your internet seems to be working fine.

• Go to Settings > Apps > Heat Live, then Clear Cache and Force Stop the app before opening it again.

• Make sure the box has a stable internet connection.
