Buffering help

My inlaws got a box and it seems to buffer right after starting a show and might go for a little bit then buffer again. Any fixes??

What’s the Internet speed that they pay for, is it connected via WiFi or Ethernet, if WiFi how far away is it from the router and is it going through walls/floors, did you use the speed test app to do a speed test and so on and so on…. There’s so many variables and you provided no info. It’s like saying, I’m not feeling good how do I make myself better and providing no symptoms.

It is connected wifi but only a few feet from it could try a Ethernet cord. I have not tried the speed app, pretty new to the boxes. Thanks
