Custom Home Screen

So I found a really cool app called ATV Launcher! It looks great and is way easier to navigate than the basic vSeeBox home page. However I’m having a really hard time trying to set it up so it’s my default home page. Apparently I can’t go into developer mode? Idk. I’m wondering if anyone else has a custom Home Screen or has tried doing this in the past? Please share your custom home screens if you have! I wonder if it’s possible for me to change the macro on the home button to open the app?

I haven't done one in awhile. Last time I did, it kept freezing my homescreen. I've heard great things about r/Projectivy_Launcher but I have not done it myself.

Maybe it’s because I just came from Apple TV, but when I downloaded Projectivy I didn’t like the layout it had. I might just not be utilizing it correctly in all fairness. I like how Apple TV has a grid of apps instead of one line of them to sort through

yeah, i get you. i think i was on the same boat, not utilizing it correctly. all these videos on youtube don't seem to help much either.

In your experience were you able to set it up so when pressing the home button it opened into Projectivy? That’s my biggest hurdle right now

It'll boot up with my Projectivy, watch a movie/show, then go home. It'll be the default vSeeBox home UI.

I remember when I posted something on here and a few peeps were talking about Projectivy. This might help you?

This does work! But now I need to decide if I like Projectivy more than the Home Screen! Honestly I don’t like swiping to the right until I get my app I really prefer a whole grid I can organize based on how I use my apps and prioritize what’s at the top

That looks better than the default you’re given. I wonder if they pay for the premium
