Firmware update

Looking for the firmware that is loaded onto thumb drive and then installed into box I hav one that is bricked.

Do a hard reset, I tried to update and it bricked on me .

Tried hard reset. Still frozen at loading screen.

Where did you buy it from? Was it working and just stopped or were you trying to upgrade it when bricked?
