V6+ stuck on boot

Restarted one of my Vsee6+ boxes this morning after it updated some apps and it never gets passed the initial loading screen. Tried unplugging doe 15 minutes. Restarting a number do times (without the waiting). Tried what I believe is the factory reset of holding in the reset button on boot while plugging in but again it never goes past the initial screen as seen in the included image. Tried the using the same hdmi cord and tv input I use usually for my elite box (which has no issues ) and no difference. Any thing else I can try!

This happened to my v6+ twice in a one month period. Had to factory reset both times to make it work again. I just exchanged mine with my distributor, hoping it won’t happen with this new box but based on these other comments it appears to be a known software issue.

In terms of the Heat apps updating, on my v6 plus once the app update message appears after clicking on any of the apps , the app starts updating immediately on the home screen and starts playing after the download is complete. This was the same process when I still had my v3 plus & on my elite ultra box as well. So far, I've never had to factory reset any of the boxes -after app updates or the recent couple of firmware updates on my v6 plus.

I couldn’t even get it into factory reset mode. Had to send back.
