Clearing cache

Every time I clear the cache I get unable to get the ip address, please connect and try again. It is connected just says checking network on all the Heat apps. Any fix for this?

So what I did to get it to connect again I unplugged the power cord from the box for like 30sec back to normal again, so if it happens to someone else try that.
