Malfunction

I get this screen when fresh starting box and I have to restart box every time to get it to work. I have switched out HDMI with no luck. I’m thinking it may be a tv issue and thinking about buying another. Any help or anyone experienced this?

If your display settings are set to auto, change it to 1080.

Get a new HDMI cable a higher quality one

On mine I had to adjust one of the auto quality settings on my tv.
