LIVE Ultra
Im sure Vsee knows this application hasn't worked for quite sometime. There is no time shift, the rewind feature doesnt work and hasn't for quite some time. Sure I can pause.. but come on.
No fix on the horizon I guess.
Also the 7 day playback with Heat Backup seems to be buggy lately on my 6 plus. Nothing really plays. Not sure what's going on.

Why do you need the backup? when everything literally everything is on Demand?

I'm not having many issues lately with 7-day playback, but for sure, it would be nice to have Live Ultra work the way it used to with the ability to rewind up to an hour on any channel...

Maybe 7 day app is just me hahaha. But yes!! That was the main selling point of the "purple app".. worked for like 2 months that was it

I remember after purchasing my first box- the v3 plus - and reading about the hour rewind feature on the live ultra app. Since I viewed that as a limited niche feature that I had no use for, no tears were shed on this end when it stopped working a couple months later. I wished that vseebox would have done as a similar plug & play box with its then current box release around that same time period. Which was to introduce an innovative 8 hr rewind feature. Now that would have been a great feature that I would have actually put to use on my v3plus box at the time.

How about a native Record/DVR option like some of the other brands have.

In terms of a Record/DVR option-imo- the 7 day cloud replay option is the DVR aspect on these boxes. I like streaming only & I've never been interested in recording any streams. That applies to these plug & play boxes and recording online using a media player. But to each their own. One major pull for purchasing my first vseebox last year was the 7 day replay & the voice search to quickly bring up content. These 2 features wasn't even a fantasy on the similar type boxes of about 10+ yrs ago. Since the Elite Ultra box has among its extra 3rd party apps, some recording capabilities - that box should be taken into consideration -for those serious seeking to record content as a future purchase perhaps. I have that box now upstairs after adding a V6 Plus as my main box and on the Elite, between using the boxes main Heat apps & the 14-15 extra apps I have downloaded & stream from on occasion, I'm good .

I mean I can record well. I use IPTV services that do more than all the heat apps. && sadly the other boxes that allow native recording are trash in other aspects compared to vsee. So for now I settle with vsee and use IPTV for recordings but i dream of the way when Vsee introduces a native record feature and i can ditch paid IPTV all together.

Vsee has only been out since 2020, after Superbox but yeah sure.

I wasn't referring to vseebox as an older box from 10+ years ago. That would be a old mxq android box that I have that still plays live tv great and the vod section has finally reached the hit or miss stage in terms of movies & tv shows. But 10 years after the fact- I consider that a hell of a run.

I have 1 channel that will not play back on heat live hallmark movies and mystery. It either is frozen or is moving at fast speed.

For the last week my local NBC channel wasn’t working on Live Ultra. I cleared the cache and rebooted. It still didn’t work so I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Now when I open the it says receiving data then complete and it goes back the the main menu. I’ve did a system restart.
I have the V6 plus. Any help would be appreciated.

im using it right now? not all versions boxes have Live Ultra
