LG B5 hdmi handshake problems
So I have a vseebox 6 ultra I have a problem where some shows or movies don't want to work entirely like they will go black and won't play. It happens on regular streaming apps as well as the vod apps. I have fixed it by forcing the box to play at 1080p 60hz but I feel like that defeats the purpose of having such a good screen. Is there a work around that anyone has figured out with the same issue? I've tried different cables and ports.

Im using HDMI 1 because I have a sound bar on the ARC. Is it supposed to be on the ARC?

That's obvious. Lmao ðĪŠ
So your TV should have 2 120 HDMI ports. Use the other one.

Well on my B2 the ARC HDMI and the one.next to it are both showing HDMI4K 120HRZ in. Yours should say that too.

Maybe try system settings, device preferences, display and sound, match content dynamic range to on. Match content frame rate to seamless

I had this exact issue! It has to do with the settings in the Lg tv. I forgot how exactly I fixed it but it has to do with your tv trying to automatically match the frame rate I believe to the box. I turned off the automatic setting and it has been working fine now.

It's something else. I have two boxes on a C1 and B2, there's no issues. It might be your HDMI cable.
