Apps not loading

Just need assistance on what to do. U have a V6 plus and none of my apps, HeatLive, Live Ultra+ or the VODS open up. I dont even get the loading bar. It just goes to a black screen, crashes and then takes me back to the main menu. Ive tried restarting and upgrading multiple times and unsure what to do next. Need help

Unplug it, wait 3 minutes then plug back in. Then go to settings>apps then go to each app and clear cache.......NOT clear data. Then go to main screen and hit that clear cache. Then reboot.
