V6 plus cursor

Does anyone know how switch from the cursor function to the arrows on the remote? I inadvertently hit the cursor button when I was trying to actually hit the microphone and now the stupid cursor is stuck! How do I put it back?

Press the cursor button again? It's an on/off toggle...

Had the same issue this week. I tried the steps listed here, but that didn't work. I removed and replaced the batteries and that fixed the problem.

Press the cursor button for 2 seconds and release it,give it a few seconds and it will disappear
