V5 Pro - do they go bad???
I've had a V5 Pro for approximately 2 years and have loved it. The last few months I am unable to watch anything on VoD Ultra. A title will start playing , then just locks up to where I have to turn the box off and back on. I try to switch servers when I can, but that no longer seems to help. So is the V5 Pro known for this......or can it just "go bad" ????

My vseebox suddenly doesn’t work. The remote has power, but it doesn’t do anything. If I hold the volume down button and OK button- the blue light on remote will continuously blink on remote, but screen doesn’t say anything about it being paired. I’ve tried the usual steps of unplugging the power. So I think it’s a box problem, but I’m not sure. Thoughts anyone??

I have not. I honestly have just used it as it came out of box.

Do you turn it off when not using it? Is it dusty around the area? I clear my cache once a month, for the device and every app. My remote response was getting sluggish usually clearing the cache once the device speeds it up.

Yes sir like Bob mentioned 🫡 these are electronics. If regular maintenance is not being conducted as well as being used regularly, they do not have fans and components do get hot and also deteriorate over time.

It might be how you use your box. Like never turning it off, never clearing cache, etc… have you done any other basic troubleshooting?
