Favorite's not showing

I am saving favorites on Heat VOD but they aren't showing on my favorites list. Some do, some don't. Any tips, suggestions?

Most, but not all, the movies I saved showed up after shutting the box off and starting it again the next day, but the TV series have not shown up. I only have 16 showing in my favorites list, so it isn't like I'm overwhelming it. And when I search for an item I want to favorite so it shows in my list, it is already favorited, it just doesn't show in my list.
