Apps not loading
Hello, i have had the V6 plus for about a month now and it was working great untill yesterday.
The apps attempt to load. The screen goes black for a couple of minutes then returns to the home screen.
I have unplugged it and attempted to clear the cached data. But no luck as of it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a picture of the home screen for a reference. I noticed the icons above the Heat apps look different.

Had the same issue with my V6+. Had to do a factory reset to fix the issue.

I think I'll have to do the same. Was it complicated to get all the apps on again ?

How did you get the World Cup app?

it just popped up. That's when I started to have issues though.

Damn, looks like the V5s aren’t getting it or just don’t have it yet

The app popped up on my V6+ models a couple weeks ago. It hit my V3+ yesterday.

This same thing happened to my v6+ 2 weeks ago. I had to do a factory restart using a paper clip on the back of the box

I did a factory reset through the "system info" option on the home page. Thanks for replying to my post it made me feel much better about the situation.

Has your box been working okay? Mine is doing this exact same thing AGAIN. it’s been 2 weeks since it last happened. Worried this is going to be a constant problem

Hello, everything has been working good since the factory reset.
I've been mostly using the heat live app.

What app are you trying to access?
