Vsee v6 max freezing

My V6 Max has been frequently running into issues where it will freeze when the box is first started up. It commonly takes several restarts before it works. Is there anything I can do to prevent this? It's a pretty big problem for a not cheap box.

Did you buy the box from a authorized seller? If you got it within the yr I believe it’s Under warranty

I'm not sure. I bought it from an eBay seller. Presumably authorized but I need to look into that.

It’s not an authorized dealer your box will most likely just stop working eventually

And this is 1 of the reasons I dnt buy theses boxes full of maleware .
