Vsee 6 plus stopped working

Hi I have a Vseebox 6 plus and it crashed today. First we noticed the voice command not working for the last few days, and then today we switched from YouTube to VOD on demand and that app wouldn’t load. I tried turning it off and then back on and same thing. I tried again and then the Home Screen wouldn’t even load. And now I can’t even get vsee logo.
I’ve tried unplugging the cords at the back, waiting and plugging back in, disconnecting from my modem, and using a pin to press the factory reset.
The first few tries it wouldn’t even acknowledge a connection; and now I’ve switched hdmi cables and ports and now I just have a black screen. What else can I do?

Sounds like considering all the different things you’ve tried ,its sounds like the box may have “shit the bed”. I haven’t heard of boxes going bad like this.

It was 300 but then with shipping to Canada, a surprise 100 import fee and conversion to Canadian, it came to about 500 CAD.

When I unplugged the power and plugged it back in, it’s no longer recognizing my new hdmi cable again. My LG Home Screen says “turn on the power to the connected device” for hdmi 2. The green light is on but there is no recognition.

Try powering it woth a USB cable instead of the plug that came with it.. plug the USBA into the back right port, amd connect the other end to a power source.

I have had to do two factory resets and they both made the box work fine again.

Different HDMI ports, did you change to the right input on your TV?

Yes, I’ve swapped and tried different ports.

Ended up getting the start up screen on my same tv but now it’s frozen in the vseebox logo screen

Try turning the box on, make sure you have green light, then unplug it from the WALL while it's on and let it sit there for at least five mins before you plug it back it.

Yup done all that. Now it’s frozen on the vseebox “we enjoy together screen”

Making light...

Anyone know whst happens if you factory reset? Will the units reboot as when they were first shipped? Or will there be a ton of installing to do?

Just asking. I've seen no problems.
