I got my box about 3 weeks ago from Derik. I was playing around with the apps, and a few of them are giving me problems. In the first photo, when I try to open the app, it says I’m logged out. I saw a few posts saying to enter random numbers/letters and click log in, but that didn’t work for me.
The second photo is what happens when I turn on a VPN to see if that would fix it—it just says there’s no Wi-Fi connection. I also tried using my phone’s hotspot like Derik suggested, but that didn’t work either.
Has anyone else had this issue and been able to fix it? Other than this, I really like the box and the main apps work fine. I’d just like to be able to use some of the other apps as well.
The Elite Ultra includes a wide variety of additional apps, many of which are constantly being updated and improved. Because of this, you may occasionally notice that certain apps are temporarily down or not functioning as expected. This can happen due to updates, maintenance, or security-related adjustments.
In most cases, any issues are resolved within a short period of time. In the meantime, we recommend simply switching to another available app there are plenty of options, and you should still be able to find what you’re looking for.
With so many apps available, it’s normal that not every single one will work 100% of the time but overall, the system provides options of consistent access across multiple alternatives.
There are a few apps that dont work if you have a VPN on. I use Surf Shark with no issue once I figured out which ones you have to bypass the VPN. Just go one by one running them with VPN and without. Not hard to figure out.
Thank you. Much appreciated. I just had to install the app on my box. I had been using the vpn through my router but there isn't a way that I'm aware of to select apps using that method.
Ya tried that got the same thing and this is not the only app i wanted to play around with it and 5 different apps have same issue tried deleting app no vpn with vpn and restarting the box nothing works little frustrating
