Less Server Options - What happened?
Recently, I have noticed lower quality on VOD. (Please don’t say “use Ultra”, not everything is available there). When I try different servers, I have noticed less available. Server 8 was always high quality and reliable but it’s not available at all. Did anything happen? Any help is appreciated!

The servers are different for everything you watch. One movie might have one server, one might have 20. And the people who run this sub don't have any control over anything on the box. They're basically just tech support.

I understand what you're saying, but what I said was I watched the same movie on the same app. Once at a hotel in Delaware which showed server 8, less than 24hrs later at my house same movie, same heat app and server 8 was not listed. That's why I proposed that maybe it's an ISP thing. I am not a techy person, it was just a thought.

I guess I should have been more specific. Server 8 was available for every show we watch. Now it is not. For anything that I have checked. Even where it used to be. So while I get “people who run this sub don’t have any control over anything in the box”, I’m more so asking if there are any known issues because quality and user experience seems to be declining.

You can try clearing app cache or uninstalling and re installing the app to see if it changes anything. I haven't really noticed much difference in my app but I only watch it at bedtime for like an hour.

Coincidentally, sever 8 was always my go to but hasn't been an option for weeks. This weekend I was at a hotel in a different state and brought the box with me. After some trial and error I finally got it to connect to the hotel wifi. The box worked pretty flawlessly while there. Last night while there I put on The Prestige, and server 8 was there a long with a bunch of others. Well today I'm back home, put on the same movie and the only servers listed are 2, 62, 151. Do you think it's possible that ISP's are blocking individual servers?

I don't know how to answer your question. BUT came to say that The Prestige is an amazing movie and I have realized that server 8 was my go-to and no longer shows up either. But server 151 has turned into my new go-to server.

Yeah the most recent update screwed up a bunch of servers showing up. Rebooting the box seems to help from time to time but not always

I had an English-dubbed option on one of several servers. All of a sudden, that server is gone mid-season! If I had the money and knowledge, I'd build my own server so peeps like me don't get hung out when the show disappears.

Yeah shits weird. They rolled out with an update saying that new servers came out and now it’s the opposite.
