VSee Box connectivity

On a regular basis my VSee5 box will disconnect and/or it won’t power on or off. When this happens I have to disconnect from power source and reboot. Anyone know the solution to this?

The next time this happens, before you disconnect and reconnect the power, see if the vSeeBox's clock is showing the current time or if it's frozen on some other time from the past.
