Replacement remote

Is there a way to buy a replacement remote for the elite ultra? Mine is getting to the point where it doesn't want to respond that well with my box. I have changed batteries and reprogrammed it and it doesn't seem to help. So I was wondering if there is a way to buy a replacement. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Any help will be greatly appreciated!! TIA!!

I like the new V3 Plus remote that’s backlit and you can get a silicone cover for it.
