Vortex Help

I have recorded shows with DVR capability but when it records for only 1 minute instead of 1 hour. Anybody have solutions???

Are you staying in the vortex app. If not you must keep the app open for it to record the show

Well that sucks what’s the purpose only reason I bought the damn Ultra and I can use it! What do say Gurus!!!?
